I was a water-buffalo, awakened by your teeth for a few moments of bliss before dripping back to the cloth.
I am waiting for you to bite down once more.
All of the writing here, as well as the artwork accompanying it, is original, handmade by one person (aside from collaborations).
That person is Andrew, by birth, also known as Auroraboros, Aurora, or pretty much any variation of the color Blue.
Andrew is based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota in the United States of America, though they were born in Idaho (a state in the Western United States) and grew up there until their parents divorced around the age of 10.
Meditation is a very important part of Blue’s life and element of their self-care, particularly Transcendental Meditation. They practice regularly and one of their many passions is helping to support others in finding peace and contentment through meditation and mindfulness.
Aurora is a being with ever-evolving identity. They identify as non-gender binary, though were born to the male sex. This is, despite how such things are often perceived, a part of an active spiritual pursuit and not so much related to sexuality. Finding the gender binary restrictive, prone to toxicity, and all too entrenched in sexual pitfalls, a limitation to facilitating true connections with others beyond the superficial, Blue rejects this notion and has chosen to live and love as inspired to.
A core mission in the life of Blue is to seek the Divine in all things and all people, to show honor and respect to all as such, and through this, to truly understand and be able to give and receive love, selflessly and without expectations.
Aurora doesn’t follow any specific religion, respecting all faiths and belief systems, including a lack thereof.
If you would like to know more, please read through a few of the poems here; each is a fragment of Blue’s heart and soul.
