Poetry Reading – “Borders”

Similar to yesterday’s reading, this short piece was originally shared on social media back on April 1, 2018 as part of a series of pieces based on prompts from loved ones (the prompt here was “borders”). This piece was not originally published here, so it deviates a bit from my previous readings, but I still felt inspired to re-visit it today for my reading.

I send love to all the countries I have visited in this list, those I have been to since, and those I plan to visit (again) in the future. 💙

“Borders” – Recorded 2/18/2021 – Auroraboros – Objects, and the Distance Between Them

Seldom stepping
Beyond borders,
Always America.
Canada: cannot.
Mexico? Maybe.
Dominican dancing?
Tanzanian travels?
Lazy, layovers…
Sweden; surprise!
